Participants who require a visa for attending the conference and wish to receive an official invitation
should send an email to theorie.sekretariat@desy.de providing the following information:

Full name and academic title
E-mail address
Date and place of birth
Address of your institute and fax number
Head of your institute
Passport number
Prospective title of your presentation

We strongly encourage participants to take the necessary steps soon, in order to allow time for the
necessary administrative procedures.
