Visa information
Participants who require a visa for attending the conference and wish to receive an official invitation
should send an email to theorie.sekretariat@desy.de providing the following information:
- Full name and academic title
- E-mail address
- Date and place of birth
- Address of your institute and fax number
- Head of your institute
- Passport number
- Prospective title of your presentation
We strongly encourage participants to take the necessary steps soon, in order to allow time for the
necessary administrative procedures.
